A Flint City Marijuana Use Exemption Amendment proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Genesee County, which is in Michigan, where it was approved.

This proposal amended the Flint City Charter in order to allow adults of 19 years of age to possess and use less than 1 ounce of marijuana.[1]
