Florissant City Charter Amendments, 3 (April 2012)
Three Florissant City Charter Amendment measures were on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the city of Florissant which is in St. Louis County.
All three measures were approved
The first measure sought to allow residents to run for office in their previous ward if they have been moved due to current redistrict.
The second measure sought to make city tie elections to be held at the next available date in line with the County election calendar.
The third measure sought to make it that if a vacated post has more than 180 days left of its term, an election would be held at the next available election date under law.[1]
- YES 2,924 (86.89%)
- NO 441 (13.11%)[2]
