Flynn Marcus Owens

Flynn Marcus Owens is an associate judge on the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on February 24, 2014 and his current term expires in 2024.[1]
Education
Owens received his undergraduate degree from Towson University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.[1]
Career
Before his appointment to the court, Owens worked as an attorney in solo practice, with a focus in criminal defense. He has also previously served in the Baltimore County Public Defender's Office for twelve years.[1]
