A Fontana Village Lakefront Development Bond measure was on the September 14, 2010 ballot in the village of Fontana, which is in Walworth County.

This measure asked village residents to allow the city to borrow $2.8 million in order to help develop some lake front property. Opponents just saw the measure as a waste of money and adding more burden to village taxpayers, but proponents saw it as a means to boost tourism in the village and add additional income to the city.[2]
