Forest A. Durard, Jr. is a circuit court judge for the Seventeenth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He was appointed to the court on June 11, 2013, by Governor Bill Haslam to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of former Judge Robert G. Crigler.[1] Durard was elected to the court on August 7, 2014, for a full eight-year term, expiring in 2022.[2][3]
