This measure sought to add to the current school levy by a rate of $.39 per $100 of assessed property value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for current expenses in the school district area.[2]
Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
An additional tax for the benefit of the Forest Hills Local School District, Counties of Hamilton and Clermont, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding three and nine-tenths (3.9) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-nine cents ($0.39) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
