A Fort Collins City Sales Tax Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Fort Collins, which is in Larimer County.
This measure was approved
- YES 32,055 (59.92%)
- NO 21,443 (40.08%)[1]
This measure sought to increase the city sales tax rate by .85%, making is 3.85%, in order to help further pay for road maintenance projects, police and fire services as well as park maintenance services in the city.[2]
Current Statewide
A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[3]
