Fostoria Charter Amendment (November 2009)
There was a Fostoria Charter Amendment proposition on the November 3 ballot in Wood County.
The city of Fostoria will have a new form of mayoral government. On the November ballot there was a measure to amend the city charter so that there would instead be a council-manager form of government. This will get rid of the mayor position and instead would be governed by the city council.[1]
