Four Florida judges to retire

Florida: In Florida three circuit judges are set to retire before July of this year and one county judge must retire do to age limitations for serving in Florida courts. The circuit judges are Judge Dick Prince announced his plans to retire on May 31, Judge Robert Doyel by July 31, and Judge Randall McDonald has talked with court officials about retiring on June 30. Polk County Court, Florida Anne Kaylor, who is 72 years old, must retire when her term expires on Jan. 3, 2011.[1]
