Biography
Frances Bourliot earned a bachelor's degree from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. Bourliot’s career experience includes working as an assistant public defender with the Harris County Public Defender's Office and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Houston Law Center.[1]
