Francis Marion Wright
Francis Marion Wright (1844-1917) was a federal judge on the Court of Claims and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Illinois.
Wright was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Theodore Roosevelt, and received his commission on January 13, 1903. Later, he was nominated for the District Court for the Eastern District of Illinois, again by President Roosevelt. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 17th, 1905, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on July 15, 1917.
