Francis Patrick Carney (September 20, 1846 – May 4, 1902) served as Colorado Lieutenant Governor from 1899 - 1901. He was a member of the Populist Party.[1]

Elections

Prior to election as Lieutenant Governor, Carney served in the Colorado State Senate and Colorado House of Representatives for one term each.[2]
