Francis Stephen Collins
Francis Stephen Collins was a judge of the Eighteenth Judicial District of Colorado. He was appointed by Governor Bill Ritter, effective February 1, 2011, and was later retained by voters in 2014.[1][2]

Collins was retained to the Eighteenth Judicial District with 61.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

Education
Collins received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.[4]
Career
At the time of his 2011 appointment, Collins was working in private practice at the firm of Ducker, Montgomery, Lewis & Bess, P.C.[4]
