Francisco P. Briseno
Francisco P. Briseno was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown in 1979. Briseno began his sixth six-year term in January 2011, making him the longest-serving judge in Orange County at the time of his retirement on September 2, 2014.[1][2][3]
Education
Briseno received a bachelor's degree from California State University at Long Beach and a J.D. from Loyola Marymount University.[4]
