Francy Foral is a part-time magistrate of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in South Dakota. She was appointed on February 25, 2015.[1]
Education
Foral received a bachelor's degree in psychology and administration of justice from the University of Wyoming. She earned her J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School in Boston.[1]
Career
At the time of her judicial appointment, Foral was the strategic planning coordinator for the State Bar of South Dakota. She has also worked in private practice and as a law clerk.[1]
