Frank A. Fletcher

Frank A. Fletcher is the chief circuit judge for the 39th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky.[1] He began serving on the court in January 2007 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2] His current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[3]
