Frank Annie (Republican Party) is a member of the Charleston City Council in West Virginia, representing Ward 13. He assumed office on January 3, 2023. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Biography
Frank Annie graduated from Capital High School. He earned a bachelor's and a graduate degree from West Virginia University in 2011 and 2013, respectively, and a Ph.D. from Florida State University in 2019.[1]
