Frank Arnold

Frank Arnold is a judge for the Monroe County Probate Court in Monroe County, Michigan. He was appointed to the court by former Governor Jennifer Granholm on July 26, 2010, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Pamela A. Moskwa.[1] He was then elected to the court on November 6, 2012, to serve out the remainder of Moskwa's term. On November 4, 2014, Arnold was re-elected unopposed for a full six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015.[2]

Arnold was elected to his appointed seat on the Monroe County Probate Court. He advanced from the primary election, winning 43.67 percent of the vote. Arnold defeated Jill LaVoy in the general election on November 6, winning 51.56 percent of the vote.[3][4][5]
Education
Arnold received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.[1]
Career
After graduating from law school, Arnold went into private practice. In 2003, he started his own law firm.[1]
