Frank Briscoe
Frank Briscoe was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 22nd Congressional District of Texas.[1] Frank Briscoe lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Biography
Following college, Briscoe worked for the National Park Service preserving historic sites. He has been a small business owner working as an architectural conservator since then.[2]

Briscoe ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 22nd District. Briscoe defeated Mark Gibson to win the Democratic nomination in the primary on March 4, 2014.[3] He was defeated by incumbent Pete Olson (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[4]
