Frank Clement
Frank Clement is a judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals Middle Section. He assumed office in 2003. His current term ends on September 1, 2030.
Clement ran for re-election for judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals Middle Section. He won in the retention election on August 4, 2022.
Education
Clement received his undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis in 1972 and his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 1979.[1]
