Frank DeVall, Jr.
Frank Devall is a former Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 18 from 2008 to 2013.
Biography
Devall earned his B.A. from Providence College in 1986. His professional experience includes working as an school administrator.[1]

2010
Devall was re-elected in District 18. Devall defeated Republican Stephen Gerling and independents James Miller and Isadore Ramos in the November 2 general election. He defeated John Rossi in the September 14 Democratic primary.[3][4]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Devall was re-elected to the 18th District Seat in the Rhode Island State Senate.[5] Devall raised $18,190 for his campaign, while Vargas raised $2,950 and Robert raised $4,735.[6]
