Frank Emanuele Jr.
Frank Emanuele Jr. was a 2016 nonpartisan candidate for District 9 of the Milwaukee City Council in Wisconsin. He was defeated in the primary election on February 16, 2016.
Biography
Emanuele attended Milwaukee Tech High School. At the time of his 2016 campaign, he was finishing a degree as a paramedic technician at Waukesha County Technical College. He has professional experience as a firefighter, EMT and a basic life support instructor. As 2nd class petty officer in the Naval Reserve, Emanuele is a suicide prevention coordinator and a member of the Command Assessment Team (CAT).[1]
