Biography
Foster earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State University's Seidman College of Business. His professional experience includes working as the business manager for his family's construction company.

Elections for the Michigan House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 22, 2014. Jim Page was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Frank Foster was defeated by Lee Chatfield in the Republican primary. Chatfield then defeated Page in the general election.[2][3][4][5][6]

2012
Foster won re-election in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 107. He ran unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and defeated Suzanne Shumway (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[7]
2010
Foster won election to the District 107 seat in 2010. He defeated Mike Patrick in the August 3 Republican primary. He defeated Richard Timmer (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[8][9]
