Frank Hampton McFadden

Frank Hampton McFadden (b. 1925) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Judge McFadden was nominated by President Richard Nixon on July 22, 1969, to replace Harlan Grooms. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 8th, and received commission on August 9th. From 1973 to 1982, he was the chief judge. On January 1, 1982, he resigned.[1]
