Frank Hargrove was a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 55 from 1982 to 2010.
In January 2009 he announced he would not be seeking re-election.

- HB 1756 Workers' compensation insurance; written agreement approved by State Corporation Commission.[2]
