Frank Herbert Norcross
Frank Herbert Norcross (1869-1952) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on April 2, 1928 to replace Edward Silsby Farrington. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 17th, and received commission that same day. On April 30, 1945, he assumed senior status.[1] He served until his death on November 4, 1952.
