Frank Kloucek
Frank Kloucek (b. September 27, 1956) is a former Democratic member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 19.
Kloucek also served in the South Dakota State House from 1990 to 2002.
Biography
Kloucek was a judge for the Miss Minnesota Czech Days Pageant in 2000. He has worked as a farmer.
Kloucek is a graduate of both the Rebecca Dunn Leadership and Political Leadership Course and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course. He earned his B.S. in animal science/general agriculture from the South Dakota State University in 1978.

Kloucek ran in the 2012 election for South Dakota State Senate District 19. Kloucek ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5 and was defeated by Bill Van Gerpen (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

2010
Kloucek was not eligible to run for re-election to the 19th District senate seat in 2010 under South Dakota's term limits. He ran for the 19th District state house seat. Kloucek and Edward Van Gerpen (D) won election in the November 2 general election.[2]
2008
On Nov. 4, 2008, Kloucek won re-election to the 19th District Seat in the South Dakota State Senate, defeating opponent D.E. Gene Cordes (R).[3]
Kloucek raised $18,595 for his campaign while Cordes raised $995.[4]
