Biography

Frank Leffingwell graduated from Round Rock High School in 1984. He earned his bachelor's degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown in 1989 and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law. Leffingwell's career experience includes working as a businessman, tax attorney, and General Counsel of the Williamson County Republican Party. He was elected to serve on the Round Rock City Council.[1]
