Frank J. Lynch, Jr. was a federal magistrate judge and former chief magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was first appointed to the court on February 18, 1993, and he served as a magistrate judge until his retirement on June 1, 2017.[1][2][3]
