Frank Michael Kratovil, Jr. is an associate judge for the Third District Court in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on December 28, 2011 to replace retired Judge John T. Clark, III.[1] Kratovil assumed office on January 30, 2012 and his current term expires in 2022.[2][3]

Education

Kratovil received his undergraduate degree in political science from Western Maryland College in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994.[2]
