Frank Mascari (Democratic Party) is a member of the Indianapolis City Council, representing District 19. He assumed office on January 1, 2024. His current term ends on January 1, 2028.

Mascari (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Indianapolis City Council to represent District 19. He won in the general election on November 7, 2023.

Mascari was elected to the District 20 seat on the council in 2011, and won election to the District 21 seat on November 3, 2015.[1] Mascari represented Indianapolis City Council District 21 from 2012 until 2024.

Mascari is the owner of Spalding Jewelry, a jewelry retailer in the Beech Grove area. He began his work at Spalding in 1981.[2][3]

The city of Indianapolis, Indiana, held elections for mayor and city council on November 3, 2015. A partisan primary election took place on May 5, 2015. The filing deadline for major party candidates who wished to run in this election was February 6, 2015. The filing deadline for independent or minor party candidates was July 15, 2015.[4] Twenty-five city council seats were up for election. Indianapolis's four at-large seats were not up for election, because those seats were scheduled to expire at the end of 2015.[5]

In the Republican primary election for District 21, Anthony Paul Davidson ran unopposed. In the Democratic primary, Frank Mascari also ran unopposed. Mascari defeated Davidson in the general election. Incumbent Benjamin Hunter (R) ran for election to the District 19 seat.[6]
