Frank Hampton McFadden (1925-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

McFadden was nominated by President Richard Nixon on July 22, 1969, to a seat vacated by Harlan Grooms; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 8, 1969, and received commission the next day. He served as chief judge from 1973 until his resignation on January 1, 1982.
