Frank Mulligan
Frank Mulligan was a Libertarian candidate for District 2 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Mulligan ran in the 2010 election for Arizona House of Representatives District 2. Mulligan was defeated by Tom Chabin and Albert Hale in the general election which took place on November 2.[2][3]

Mulligan earned his B.A. in philosophy and his M.S. in chemistry from Northern Arizona University. He has worked as a chemistry professor at Coconino Community College since 2009. Mulligan is also an original member of the Flagstaff Campaign for Liberty. He is the founder of www.redpillmovies.com as well.[4]
