Frank Nebeker is a senior judge for the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He joined the court in October 1989 after being nominated by President George H.W. Bush. He retired in November 2000 and was recalled to senior status. He also serves as a senior judge for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, having served on the court from 1969 to 1987.[1]
Education
Nebeker earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah after earning an associate degree from Weber College. He went on to earn a legal degree from American University.[1]

Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims
Nebeker was nominated to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims by President George H.W. Bush and was confirmed by the Senate. He joined the court in October 1989. Nebeker left the court in November 2000 and was recalled to senior status.[1]
District of Columbia Court of Appeals
Nebeker joined the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in 1969 as an associate judge and retired from the court in 1989.[1]
