Frank Oliver, Sr.
Frank Oliver, Sr. (b. April 15, 1922) was a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 195.
Oliver attended Dobbins Vocational. His professional experience includes his work as Deputy Sheriff and as an Auditing Clerk.
On November 15, 1973, Oliver won a special election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He served in that position until 2010, representing the 195th District.
