Frank Otte
Frank Otte was a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Southern District of Indiana. He was appointed on October 1, 1986, and reappointed to an additional 14-year term in 2000. He served the court as chief judge from July 1, 1996, to June 29, 2003, and was succeeded in that role by Judge Basil H. Lorch III. Otte retired from the court in 2012 and was succeeded by James Carr. He then served for two years on recall status and retired from the bench on December 31, 2014.[1][2][3]
Education
Otte received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 1960 and his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1966.[4][5]
