Frank Philp
Frank Philp (b. December 23, 1947) was a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He represented District 34 since 1993. He has served as House Speaker Pro Tempore since 2009.
Philp earned his B.S. in Range Management from the University of Wyoming.
Philp is a farmer/rancher.[1]
Health issues
In February 2010, Philp was excused from the Budget Session due to medical issues. He plans on returning within a week.[2]
