Frank Pugh was an at-large member of the Santa Rosa High Board of Education in California. He ran for re-election in the general election on November 4, 2014. Frank Pugh won the general election on November 4, 2014. He was first elected to the board in 1990.[1]

Pugh is an instructor and counselor at Santa Rosa Junior College. He is a member of the board of directors of the California School Boards Association and the Santa Rosa High School Agriculture Advisory, and is a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa.[2]
