Frank R. Addy, Jr. is a circuit court judge for the Eighth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly on February 3, 2010, and was re-elected in 2016 and 2022.[2][3][4]
Education
Addy received his undergraduate degree in international studies from the University of South Carolina in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993.[2]
