Frank Sadler is a Republican political and public affairs consultant and lobbyist. Sadler was an advisor to former Sen. George Allen (R-Va.); the chief operating officer at Cove Strategies, an Alexandria, Va.-based consulting firm; the executive director of Carly Fiorina's Super PAC, Unlocking Potential; and was the campaign manager for Fiorina's presidential campaign.

Career

After graduating from Hamilton College in 2001, Frank Sadler began working in the office of Sen. George Allen (R-Va.). Sadler was Allen's deputy office manager until Allen's tenure in the Senate ended in 2006.[1][2]

Sadler became a senior development associate at Koch Industries.[3]

In 2009, Sadler joined Cove Strategies where he became chief operating officer.[1] Under Sadler's tenure, Cove Strategies lobbied for various companies including Wal-Mart (spending $770,000 on lobbying from 2011-2015), Koch Industries (spending $320,000 on lobbying from 2009-2010), Envision Corp. (spending $280,000 on lobbying from 2009-2011), The Medicines Company (spending $710,000 on lobbying from 2009-2012), Dow Chemical (spending $370,000 on lobbying from 2012-2014) and the Motion Picture Association of America (spending $360,000 on lobbying from 2013-2015).[4][2]

In April 2014, Sadler co-founded with Mary Cheney, Barry Bennett, Stephen DeMaura and others a polling firm called Vox Populi Polling.[3] DeMaura, a political strategist, was the executive director of Carly for America a super PAC in support of Carly Fiorina. He is also the president of Americans for Job Security, a pro-business advocacy group in Virginia.[3][5] Barry Bennett was Ben Carson's campaign manager for Carson's 2016 presidential campaign before moving on to advise Donald Trump.

In June 2014, Sadler became executive director of Carly Fiorina's super PAC, Unlocking Potential.[1][6]

In May 2015, Frank Sadler joined Fiorina's presidential campaign as campaign manager.[7][1]

After placing seventh in the New Hampshire primary, Fiorina suspended her campaign on February 10, 2016.[8]
