I was offered a position in the Wayne County Prosecutors office in 2001. I was assigned to the circuit court trial division. In this position, it was my responsibility to try capital felony offenses. These are the most serious cases, all with defendants facing up to life in prison. I was transferred to the Major Drug Unit a special unit that worked closely with police to combat high level drug trafficking in Wayne County.
Over the past thirty-three years, I have established an unblemished reputation as a leader in my profession, who practices law with integrity and with purpose. Throughout my career, I have never lost sight of this goal and the importance of seeking justice for the victims in my cases. I have built solid relationships with my superiors, my coworkers, law enforcement, and the judiciary alike and have always conducted myself in a respectful, professional manner. It this advocacy and experience that I believe will make me an asset to the Wayne County Circuit Court. I am respectfully requesting your support in continuing my pursuit of justice for crime victims by voting for me Frank Simone, for Judge of the 3rd Circuit Court. VOTE FOR FRANK SIMONE

Justice William Francis Murphy ( Frank Murphy ) Associate Justice of the Supreme Court was appointed by President Roosevelt in 1940. He was a staunch supporter of Civil Rights and individual Freedoms .

Frank Murphy held many positions in Government from a recorders court judge to the Mayor of Detroit.
His public service was remarkable and he was always trying to provide for the less fortunate. For the last

20 years I have worked in a building that bears his name.

Nicholas John Bobak . If I could be him than I would change my given birth name 8 months before an election trying to be a person I'm not, to gain political advantage for self serving reasons .....
Being first generation born in the United States having to endure a culture of change .
I believe very strongly that a judge should not legislate from the bench and should interpret the law without regard to partisan position. A judge should be guided solely by the United States and

Michigan Constitutions and the specific law in question; with the understanding that words have limited
meaning and no interpretation should go beyond that meaning.

It is imperative that a judge conduct his responsibilities with three basic principals: INTEGRITY,
CHARACTER, and JUDICIAL TEMPERAMENT. Being courteous and respecting not only the lawyers

that practice before the court but to all the people who appear before the court is imperative.
