Biography
Frank Simone was born in Trenton, Michigan. He earned a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University in 1982 and a J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1985. His career experience includes working as the principal attorney for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.[1]

I have built solid relationships with my superiors, my coworkers, law enforcement, and the judiciary alike and have always conducted myself in a respectful, professional manner. It this advocacy and experience that I believe will make me an asset to the Wayne County Circuit Court. Frank Murphy held many positions in Government from a recorders court judge to the Mayor of Detroit.
His public service was remarkable and he was always trying to provide for the less fortunate. For the last
Michigan Constitutions and the specific law in question; with the understanding that words have limited
meaning and no interpretation should go beyond that meaning.
It is imperative that a judge conduct his responsibilities with three basic principals: INTEGRITY,
CHARACTER, and JUDICIAL TEMPERAMENT. Being courteous and respecting not only the lawyers
