Biography
Frank Smith Jr. was born in Los Angeles, California. Smith served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1975 to 1984. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico in 1989 and a law degree from the Santa Clara School of Law in 1992.[1]
