Frank Summers
Frank Summers was a judge for the Milam County Court in Texas. His term expired in 2010.[1]
He ran for election to the Milam County Court in 2014 but was defeated in the March 4 primary.[2]

Primary: He was defeated in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 44.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Dave Barkemeyer.
