Frank Wiley Wilson (June 21, 1917-September 29, 1982) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

President John F. Kennedy nominated Judge Wilson to the Eastern District of Tennessee on May 24, 1961, to fill the seat vacated by Leslie Darr. Wilson was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on June 14, 1961 and received his commission on June 15, 1961.

Wilson served as the court's chief judge from 1969-1982. His service with the court terminated on September 29, 1982, due to death.[1] Wilson was succeeded in this position by Thomas Hull.
