Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight, by WalMart Stores East LP dba Supercenter 3784, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 1275 E. Second St., Franklin OH 45005 in this precinct?
