Franklin County Judge reappointed

Virginia: Judge William Alexander was reappointed to the Franklin County Circuit Court (22nd Judicial Circuit). His reappointment was delayed due to a legislative hearing regarding Alexander's conduct in a grand jury hearing, but he was unanimously approved on March 10th.[1]
