Franklin M. Stephenson was a judge for the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in California.[1] He served on the bench from 1992 until his death in a car crash on September 22, 2015.[2]
Education
Stephenson earned his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and his J.D. from Humphreys College.[3]
