Franklin Noel
Franklin L. Noel was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He began serving in this position from November 2, 1989, and was reappointed in 1997, 2005 and 2013. Noel retired on August 31, 2018.[1][2][3]
Education
Noel received his law degree in 1977 from the Georgetown University Law Center.[1]
Career
Noel began his career in 1977 with the law firm Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. He then moved to Minnesota and worked from 1979 to 1983 as an assistant U.S. attorney. In 1989, he was appointed magistrate judge.[1]
