A Franklin township Current Expenses Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Darke County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Franklin to renew a property tax levy of 0.3 mills ($0.3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund current expenses.[1]
