Frantz and Spitler seek Common Pleas Court bench

Wayne County, Ohio: Judge Robert J. Brown is leaving the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas in order to run for an Appellate Court judgeship. On May 4, 2010, Wayne County Prosecutor Martin H. Frantz and part-time county magistrate and attorney Corey E. Spitler will run to replace Judge Brown on the Court of Common Pleas.[1]
